after a series of dough, I went on the hook for the dough to remove and not. Has anyone an idea, now waiting for an answer? Thank you!

I think you need to get on the hook to the spring and turn against the clock to get the jump line, then pull down.
Postat not Cuisinart, but kitchenade press and turn.
