Muscle spasms/twitching down only my left side? - twitching cheek muscle

I have been committed recently, a review of the second year to year at the university during the review period, which began to experience mild muscle spasms. It looked rather nervous twitch, and let me stress over time.

Now, almost a week after the quake was more explicit, and left only in my side. I felt the contractions of my little finger and ring finger, wrist movements, contractions and extensions of my arms full, my shoulder contractions and Somtimes leg movement and the movement is the freedom of speech.

The contractions came and went, and varies in intensity. It felt prodominently in my hand and in the morning I woke up with pain on my hand, I believe, by the fatigue of the muscles. Otherwise, I feel no pain and no other symptoms.

Any advice is helpful. There is a long waiting list at my university to see a doctor, and I feel stupid snywhere checked'll get over how good anything.
